Finding an amazing, high-end vintage shop or consignment boutique in Miami has never been easier. Here are six of our favorite local stores to seek out designer bags, shoes, dresses, sunglasses, accessories and more that are just as on-trend now as they were back in the day.

The House of Findings

Owner Mayra Gonzalez has been roaming the world for three years in search of the perfect vintage pieces. And now she’s opening a shop in Miami. The House of Findings carries a luxe vintage inventory that is constantly changing with brands like Chanel, Emilio Pucci and Gaultier. But the wares also reflect the cultures and places Gonzalez has visited. The shop is filled with upcycle and handmade pieces from local artists and designers who she’s met on her travels. From clothing and handbags to bric-a-brac and small furnishings, The House of Findings has it all.

The store will be one of the retailers at Upper Buena Vista. The artisanal business collective complete with retail, wellness and hospitality concepts is located just north of Miami’s Design District and Buena Vista neighborhoods, and will open its doors in February.

Style Saves

It started as a nonprofit with a mission of uniting fashion and philanthropy to help underprivileged students with necessary items like school supplies, uniforms and clothing. Through its fashion-focused events it has been raising funds since 2011. Last year, Style Saves moved its headquarters to the heart of Wynwood and added a discounted designer store. Brands such as Oscar de la Renta, Marchesa and Carolina Herrera are staples, and all proceeds from the store support students in need from around the county. It can’t get better than giving back while you shop.

Consign of the Times

Don’t call it a vintage store. Consign of the Times is a contemporary consignment haven with two locations that resells luxury on-trend brands. Its most sought-after items are Chanel purses, but it also carries clothing, accessories and shoes from designers like Louis Vuitton, Céline, Hermès and Prada. Owner Carin Kirby describes her shop as basically the first floor of Neiman Marcus. After retiring from the restaurant business, she opened her first store in 2002 and takes her business very personal. Kirby is picky about her inventory and has the experience to assure her clients that the items they are buying are authentic and priced fairly.

Featuring an extensive collection of exquisite pieces from Chanel, Gucci, Missoni and Hermès, the 1,300-square-foot space is perfect for the most discerning customers. Fly Boutique

Owners Jean Marie and Max have been married for 10 years and have collected a vast inventory of vintage and consignment pieces mixed in with new designer threads. Their original store opened in 1996 on Miami Beach, but in 2012 they moved Fly Boutique to its current location on Biscayne. The shop carries high-end clothing and accessories from brands like Balenciaga, Christian Louboutin and Gucci alongside vintage furniture and décor. The couple’s two favorite pieces they have ever acquired are a rare 1970s Gucci logo jacket and an Overman recliner.
