INDULGE is a finalist for two Sunshine State Awards from the Society of Professional Journalists

Florida’s Society of Professional Journalists today announced the finalists of its 2018 Sunshine State Awards, honoring the best journalism in the state. INDULGE is a finalist in two magazine categories: Best Single Issue (for the 2017 Art Basel issue) and Food & Travel Writing (for Editor in Chief Evan S. Benn’s Holy Land, Heavenly Food: A Culinary Tour Through Israel).

It is INDULGE’s first time being named a finalist in the annual Sunshine State Awards, which also cover newspaper, radio, television, digital and Spanish-language categories. INDULGE, the Miami Herald and el Nuevo Herald have 20 finalist entries overall. Winners will be announced Aug. 4 at a ceremony at the University of Miami.
