Stars come out for Buoniconti Fund’s annual Great Sports Legends Dinner

The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis, the fundraising arm of The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, honored an all-star group of athletes and philanthropists at the 33rd annual Great Sports Legends Dinner at the New York Hilton Midtown, raising millions of dollars for spinal cord injury research. Honorees included Alex Rodriguez, Ray Allen, Bob Griese, Mike Smith, Brian Boitano, Amy Purdy, Ignacio Figueras and Chris Evert. Since 1985, the Great Sports Legends Dinner has brought in more than $120 million for The Miami Project-Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis.
